Yoga can be customized to specific needs: Dr. Stephany Moonaz presents yoga routines specifically designed for arthritis. She offers several videos addressing this condition.
Our busy lifestyles often lead to tension accumulating in our necks and shoulders. Adriene Mishler offers a 10-minute gentle yoga session for upper body flexibility (left video). If you prefer relaxing with music and no voice, Mady Morrison’s 10-minute video is a great choice (right video).
