Education

We empower individuals by providing them with the knowledge and skills to improve their quality of life.

Counselling

We offer over the phone counselling for those who are in distress.

Why Proactive

According to the Government of Canada, 1 in 3 Canadians are affected by a mental illness at some point in their lifetime.

Mental illness costs $50 billion, which is an average of $1,400 per person per year , according to Mental Health Commission of Canada. 

Females are 30% more likely to suffer from mental illnesses compared to males in Canada. 

Every year 5.3 million (15%) Canadians receive health services for mental illnesses, which is roughly the population of B.C.

Our workshops offer information and training to individuals and groups, empowering them to become their own life and wellness coaches, counselors, and therapists for an improved quality of life.

We suggest 5~10 minutes a day to practice relaxation techniques which will fit your schedule and interests. Some exercises are appropriate while you commute or during your lunch breaks. 

You can learn CTB (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and other techniques and tools which professional counsellors and therapists use.
