Now more than ever, there is a need for mind care, though it is often left unspoken. Our workshops will equip you with the right tools and techniques for lifelong mental self-care.

WHO

We offer workshops to individuals as well as to groups such as schools, clubs, associations, and companies.

Customized

Our preliminary surveys enable us to create unique workshops tailored to individual and group needs.

All mind care techniques are geared toward beginners, but feel free to request advanced levels if you prefer.

Sometimes counseling can be done individually. Certain approaches are particularly suited for self-care. In our workshops, we teach how to apply psychotherapy skills for everyday use.
